Questions
Q: Are these able to boost the 12v electrical system of an EV when the battery is dead? No cold cranking amps are needed in this scenario, just a consistent 12v-14v supply.
3 months agoA: Yes. I had a dead 12V and this pack worked great. You can jump the 12v twice on a single charge but I found that I would charge the pack with my outlet in the car between stops when I was having trouble with my battery pre servicing.

Q: Is this FAA compliant? Can I take it on a flight?
2 months agoA: The internal lithium battery is well under the 100 Wh maximum lithium battery capacity allowed in carry on baggage. That said, we cannot speak to whether or not individual airports/airlines will allow the battery clamps in your carry on baggage as they security may deem them prohibited weapons or tools. You may need to transport the clamps separately in checked baggage. Best to check with your airline.
