Charging me $3.00 of non-refundable handling fees for a LED Lantern

I purchased that lantern on line and I went to pick it up at the store. It was on clearance. I brought it home and there was no charger in the box. I went back to the store. it was the only one they had and they refunded me exept for $3.00 of handling fees. I was not happy!

Motormaster spotlight

Works great, the handle swivles to make it a spotlight and you can change the light into a lantern. Charging is simple and quick. And so far it's lasted a month without needing a charge. It's compact for camping and has a strong enough beam of light to reach out 50 feet.

A: Pull up the handle of lantern to expose the lantern and turn it on, push downwards to close the lantern. The lantern is extendable design, pull up to turn on, push down to turn off.

Q: As soon as I plug it in, the light beside the power input glows green, but the lantern does not turn on. What's wrong?

A: When you charge the light, the charging LED indicator close the the power input turns green, the most reason was battery dead already. You need change a new rechargeable Lithium battery(3.7V 1800mAh or more capacity also ok). Please go to a professional store to find the battery, and let the professional replace for you.Regular we advice the user to charge the rechargeable product every three months to keep the best performance. If your product is still under warranty(1 year), I recommended you go to the store and get a new one, thanks.

Q: What vold adapter need to charg

A: This depends on what version you have. If you purchased your unit prior to the beginning of 2019 this would be the old version. The old version has an AC adaptor of 6V 500mA output. The new version comes with a USB charging cable, the customer can use USB adaptor of their phone to connect to charge the light.

Q: IS THE SPOT LIGHT BULB LED OR JUST THE LATERN LIGHT BULB? I HAVE AN OLDER MODEL OF THIS LIGHT AND THE SOPTLIGHT BULB IS HALOGEN, HARD ON BATTERIES AND NOT VERY BRIGHT.

A: We have one similar old DWO item, the sku was 037-9459, this old sku we have one version for halogen bulb with lead acid battery, the spotlight is 6V 28W halogen bulb, the lantern is 5LED, run time is 20mins for spotlight and 15 hours for 5LED lantern. Current 037-9929 is 3W spotlight and 3LED lantern, run time 2.5 hours for spotlight high light, 5 hours for spotlight low light, 4 hours for 3LED lantern. The old version light used halogen bulb, it's different bulb with LED, actually the brightness of halogen bulb will be more high, test data of halogen bulb is 500 lumen, but brightness of 3W LED(037-9929) is only 120 lumen. It can not compare because bulb is different.
