Always does great. Drawback: When in the Mophie, neither the phone, nor the Mophie, seem to charge.

The agent was helpful and nice. I was sent another Mophie for my Samsung Galaxy S9+ and it does not work. I do not understand what is going on? For many years my wife and I had Samsung Galaxy S3 and the Mophie Battery Pack was great. Eventually, we upgraded phones and Mophies (now Zagg?) and the Mophie is inferior. The S3 Mophie had an easy to use switch to turn it on and off. The S9+ Mophie has an awkward button to push it on and off. We've had other problems with these products and recently I received an email telling me that I haven't returned the mistakenly sent to me S9 (no plus). I did receive a replacement and, of course, it does not work. I shouldn't have to bother returning the S9 because that was not my mistake. Yes, I have your wonderful shipping label, but it's a pain to return it. I will now return the S9 and the broken S9+ and I will be finished with this company. I have ordered a Lemon Battery pack and I hope that their products works better than what was once a great product.
