It’s light weight and looks

It’s light weight and looks nice , however only charges my phone half way through not full

The battery gets hot

1. It can only charge my phone close to 80% 2. Even the shell battery is off, it turns hot when using the phone, I have to switch back to my old silicone shell.

I brought mines about a week ago and it’s say that it’s full when I charge it goes down to 2 Bars less then 10 mines not highly recommended

Juice Pack is ideal - even for an iPhone X

It is re-assuring to have a Juice Pack on-board as a backup power source. The colors seem aligned with the Apple color palette. The quality of workmanship seems on par with Apple.
