Bought in March for my son and he started using it in April when the weather was decent enough to ride it. Brought it in on May 6 to get warranty work done as the frame had cracked where the crank is and the rear hub broke. Have yet to hear anything back from Canadian tire as to when it will be repaired.. not sure why they just don’t replace it or refund. Will never buy another bike from Canadian tire..

No, I do not recommend this product.

Acheter l'an passé pour mon fils de 8 ans. La roue arrière de mauvaise qualité brise rapidement. Je l'ai fait réparer et le problème revient cette année. Apres 1 ans la roue arrière est fini et a remplacer

    • A: Hi there! Replacement parts can be purchased through our Consumer Care Center at 800-626-2811 Monday-Friday 7 am-6 pm CST. For faster service, please have your bike’s model number and date code handy. These can be found on a black and silver sticker on the frame above the pedal area. It says Pacific Cycle at the top.

    1 Answer
    • A: This is a youth bike. We do not put weight limits on any of our bikes, instead, we post age/height suggestions for bikes. The recommended age for this bike is 8 years and up, and the height range is 4'0"- 5'0". Our bikes are tested in accordance with industry testing standards and regulations, which require that a variety of tests be conducted at different weights and forces. There are a number of factors that impact how much weight a bicycle can withstand including the type of riding, proper assembly, bicycle maintenance, and tire inflation. It is important to make sure your bicycle is properly assembled and maintained. The owner's manual will provide a time table for the maintenance that needs to be performed. It is also important to check your tire pressure on a regular basis.
