Q: i have minn kota model 1358711 serial k089mk00601 and was told i could upgrade to i pilot using kit 1866310 is the kit at can tire #178-2263-0 the same? if yes does it have everything reqired ie head remote etc

A: 1866310 is the correct item number for that motor. The #178-2263-0 is not a Minn Kota item number so I can not say what that is.

A: No. The Powerdrive V2 version of i-Pilot can not use the smart phone app.

A: Ce I-pilote installe directement sur la tête du moteur ... .vous remplacer effectivement la tête existante avec celui-ci.
