Q: Will a standard tap handle fit in place of the provided one? Just wondering if I could use a standard tap handle....I believe 3/8-16 thread? Thanks!!

A: We have not heard of anyone modifying the handle. If it is just a case of something having the same thread then it probability will not be an issue. The modification would cancel the existing warranty.

Q: When using the Heineken pressurized keg, how do I attach the tap that comes with the keg but still allow the keg dispenser tap to be used to pour?

A: When using a pressurized keg with the Koolatron 5L Keg dispenser you cannot use the tap that comes with the keg. As per manual, Install the dispensing tube supplied with the pressurized beer keg into the centre top of the keg. DO NOT install the small plastic paddle handle that comes with the pressurized keg. Gently lower the keg into the cooler taking care to line up the dispensing tube with the cooler's spout.

Q: Where can I find a Coors Light keg for this product? The description is mentioning that Coors Light can be purchased for this product but I can't find any anywhere.

A: Many Domestic brands are not available in the 5 L keg and not everywhere carries the Imported 5L brands. The two Pressurized Kegs, Heineken & Newcastle, seem to be available almost everywhere and I have used both. The others may be harder to find. In Ontario I’m told that the LCBO also have access to these 5 L kegs. Kraft beer and specialty stores are the best bet for the other imported beers.
