Very poor design

Because of the angle of the gauge it is very difficult to get a read on your tire. It keeps letting air out of the tire. I even exchanged it but the new one does the same thing. Stick with a conventinal tire pressure gauge.

Worst Tire Gauge Ever!!

It is extremely difficult to get a reading using this tire gauge and not let so much air out of your tire that you need to inflate it again!! I tried this gauge many times when I was swapping my winter tires and I ended up using my old tire gauge since this one was so frustrating. This gauge is a waste of money!!

Tricky Operation

One issue as stated by others before, very tricky to properly seal the gauge around the valve in order to get a proper reading. Feature to save the recommended air pressure is convenient and the display is clear and bright. LED light works very well when working in dark areas, hard shell case is strong and protects the unit well. Being hard to seal and get a proper reading is a really big flaw in an otherwise perfect product.

This gauge works perfectly. The problem with the previous reviews is that the users don't know how to use this tool. The major complaint being that it doesn't seal the air to give you a proper reading. This is incorrect, with this gauge use BOTH hands one to hold the gauge the other let's say your left hand to apply pressure with your thumb from behind the gauge tilting your body slightly forward on your toes for extra weight to provide a super tight fit. I've always used this method with all tire gauges to get the best read without any air leakage. Apply hands and body pressure quickly for best results. The other complaint is about the light staying on in the case, if you flip the gauge so that the light button is facing the zipper there is very little risk of the light staying on if at all. I bought this gauge on sale for around $13 and it works great and provides accurate reads to even 1/2 pound or .5 which is great for accuracy. Out of a 7 try test the reading came out exactly the same 7 times....very consistent reading. Cheers.
