Read the fine print on tire warranty

It was to replace one you sold me three years ago. It should have been covered by warranty because you guys mounted them on the rims. Yes, I mounted them on the vehicle because I needed to take my winter tires off. Wasn’t about to complain because I was in a state of need and had to get to work. However, the staff were very polite and helpful. The manager even explained why it wasn’t covered by warranty (technicality).
