A: I’m in MB and I took it down once temps got consistently below zero during the day. I found that the little heater just couldn’t keep up as it just plugs into 110 outlet.

Q: Can you confirm actual outside dimensions? I mean the real ones once it is inflated, not what is written in the instruction manual. I saw reviewers say that it is actually smaller than what it is stated on the box and in manual.

Q: We have this hot tub. When we took it down to put in storage, there is water inside the tub (where only the air goes) is this common because of the condensation? and how do we get the water out - so hard for it to come out of the air only hole.

A: Thank you for your interest in the Miami Inflatable Spa. Water drops inside the liner come from the humidity in the air when inflating the spa liner. Since the water inside the pool is hot and the environment temperature is lower, the humidity of the air inside the spa liner chamber will create water drops. Before storing the spa liner for the winter, to avoid the growth of mildew inside the chamber, we suggest leaving the deflated spa liner under the sun for half a day with the inflation valve open. This will completely dry the inner chamber.

Q: Was this supposed to come with some kind of chlorine or water kit? I don’t know what to buy to keep clean!

A: Thank you for your interest in the Miami Inflatable Spa. The spa comes with a chemical dispenser, not the chemicals. Keeping your spa water clean and chemically balanced is necessary. You must clean your filter cartridge regularly as per the manual instructions. We also recommend you use pool chemicals to maintain water chemistry and chlorine or bromine tablets (do not use granules) with the chemical dispenser. Your local Canadian Tire can help you choose the best for your area. Pay close attention to and follow the chemical manufacturer’s instructions.

Q: Does the ground mat come with this unit? Also, can it be used with an extension cord?

A: Thank you for your interest in the Miami Inflatable Spa, 71-in x 26-in. The ground cloth is not included in the set. We do not recommend using an extension cord. It comes with a 24ft cord.

A: Thank you for your interest in the Miami Inflatable Spa. Because of the combined weight of the Spa, water, and users, it is extremely important that the base where the Spa is installed is smooth, flat, level and capable of uniformly supporting the weight for the entire time the Spa is installed (not on the carpet or other similar material). If the Spa is placed on a surface, which does not meet these requirements, any damage caused by improper support is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. It is the responsibility of the Spa owner to assure the integrity of the site at all times.

Q: I plan to use outside in summertime and in basement in winter. Is the drainplug easily accessible ? Is an adapter included for a hose to drain into basement floor drain ? Alternatively, what is required to drain into laundry tub,that Canadian Tire sells.

Please note, when installing indoors, humidity is a natural side effect with a Spa installation. Determine the effects of moisture on exposed wood, paper, etc. in the proposed location. To minimize these effects, it is best to provide plenty of ventilation to the selected area.
