Great handle but no instructions

I bought this handle as a part of a 10-pc kit but the clamping mechanism wasn't well marked. The top of the handle moves slightly and gives the false impression it is the tightening clamp and that it was broken. I had to read the comment here to see that the twist lock is on the bottom. Really grabs the file though

Best file handle ever - File DOES NOT come off!

Bought this handle as part of a kit of files. If I had no choice, I would buy the entire kit just for the handle, It's that good! It's sturdy, you insert the file in the metal jaws and turn the end of the handle until tight. Not coming off ever... Don't know what they mean in description by "click your file"???
