it’s fair for the price. $30 is quite reasonable, because there’s 4x caster wheels at $5 each, that leaves a really sloppy made platform for $5, and a handle for another $5, making this a good value. I just wish it didn’t come with a handle because then it could accommodate those common 102L totes. So I removed the handle. I wish the build quality was better and it didn’t come with the handle, but I guess those are the breaks. Anyway, they’re mediocre little carts for a reasonable price. They do their job even though I doubt they’ll last ten years,

A: If you want to raise the handle, please pull the handle up until it locks in place. And if you want to fold the handle flat, press down on the bottom bar to release the lock. There are corresponding illustrations in the manual for your reference.
