Not quite a last resort

While I was waiting for the Mac tool guy to order in my 3/8 ratchet I picked this up as a replacement. The gearing failed after a few uses. When trying to tighten or back off nuts or bolts it the worst thing to have the gearing switch back and forth. grip is good when the gear holds it works fine but I've had to develop a method of holding the gear and ratchet at the same time. Not really effective. Home work I'm sure it'll be fine.

the direction knob sucks

When you start ratcheting with his tool it is very easy to mistakenly push the direction knob. It sucks because if you are in a tight spot you have to grasp the ratchet head carefully. They need to change it's location...hopefully they will update this tool and I can exchange it sometime..
