Chain snapped after 1 year with limited use. Tried for two days to get ahold of customer service, but long hold times and they are only open while I'm working.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: That would be a question for customer service. I have this door opener that opens a single door. It may very well be able to, however I have found its got slower since I installed it. Also, had become a bit noisier in time too. Its a surprisingly small unit with 1/2 HP that would require solid mounting brackets to make this possible. It has a bit of movement at first when opening, even with a door that has cables to help. You just may want to get something a bit more heavy duty for your needs.

A: I don't think so I would purchase a larger horse power one. I personally think this was a waste of my time and money I purchased a larger one. Piece of junk!
