Fridge til I replace regular fridge

This is such a neat retro fridge - my regular fridge died the other day, and until I decide on a new one, I needed a, fridge until I get a new fridge, fridge. LOL It is adorbs in my living room, nice and cold for most necessities and quiet! Just set it up an hour ago.

Q: I bought this and it has been plugged in a week. How long does it take for the freezer to freeze over and allow you to make ice?

A: Had it mounted in a camper van powered by solar and battery with an inverter. Very inconsistent for making Ice. Typically took over a day to make ice in a small ice tray that was only half full of water and with the thermostat set on coldest. With larger ice cube trays they never fully froze. Also when first connected, it took over a day to get cold at all. Since then it's been fine.
