Q: I have a problem with the cover, the chopper pushes up the cover. I can't fix the hand on the cover. Any explanation?

A: Hello Nina, I noticed that when I put the cover on, it is a bit unstable at times, as if the chopper pushes up the cover as you explained. Try lifting it up and turning it a bit before putting it back on. If it still does the same, the problem is resolved when you add the motor part on top and everything falls into place. I have had no problems with it since. Hope this helps!
