Magic Bullet Nutribullet RX Blender

I bought 7 year ago my first nutribullet and now I have 5 blenders love it.

Bought product 1/5/2026, returned it 1/22/2026 and was told I'd get refund in 6 weeks. Two calls that I was on hold for 17 minutes and 1hr 4 minutes later I'm told because they are processing refunds manually I should get my refund by the middle of April...3 months after purchase.

I got my Nutribullet for Christmas 3 years ago and am shocked to see that the teeth on the base unit have ground down. I don't use it on a daily basis and certainly not enough to cause this. Perhaps it gets too hot when making soup, I don't know. I knew I'd need to replace the extractor blades but this is crazy. I wish there was a place to get a replacement part because I paid way too much for this to be happening and I love my Nutribullet.

My rx is almost 15 years old and still going strong. Love it and will buy again if mine ever goes out.

I'm an elderly person but one who makes an effort to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I'm not overweight, my diet is careful, and I exercise. Even so, my cholesterol kept climbing. The smoothies are my afternoon pick-me-up, and the soups are often featured with dinner. They're so much fun to make, extremely nutritious and sooo delicious! AND... to my delightful surprise, within 5 months of starting the Nutribullet RX, my total cholesterol came down 30 points! That outcome was beyond my wildest dream. It was the best reading I'd had in 10 years. So no statin for me!!! Thank you, Nutribullet!
