Introducing a great cooking team to add to your kitchen: The Lagostina Bianco Fry Pans. These pans are made with a heavy-gauge forged base and body that is durable and long-lasting. The stainless steel exterior minimizes warping die to heat while the ceramic non-stick interior cooking surface if PTFE and PFAO free and can take high temperatures while maintaining an optimal cooking environment. The set comes in two sizes.

Bought for RV camper. I like to cook and wanted decent equipment for the RV. So far, cooking on gas, these have been great. It will take time to determine if they hold up of not. Early they are very good on propane gas burners. The non stick is holding up so far.

Lagostina Garbage

Bought this item and after a couple months it stopped being a non stick pan to a EVERYTHING STICKS pan. Even being super carful with this product (not over heating, no scouring pads, gentle use) if FAILED miserably. Contacted Lagostina support to complain and all they did was send me an email about using baking soda to make it white again. Pffft.... Staying Away From Lagostina!!!!!

What a waste of money!

I was so happy when I bought these pans, the labels describe them amazingly. But everything sticks to it, unless you put a huge amount of oil. You need to put baking soda, warm water and lemon to see them white, if not they will be brownish and stained all the time.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Frigidaire says: "Most stainless steel and cast iron cookware is compatible with induction elements. An easy rule of thumb: if a magnet sticks to the bottom of the cookware, it’s induction-friendly." And yes, a magnet does tick to the bottom of these.

Q: it says that these are "induction safe." Does this mean they will heat on an induction stove even though they are stainless steel?
