Got this bowl as an extra because it fits the Professional 5 Plus. It works perfectly and is my bowl of choice with the mixer. It's a nice addition to the 5 qt and 3 qt bowls that came with the Pro 5 Plus.

Disappointed

I purchased the 6-Q professional stand up mixer. The bowl bottom is too wide and does not mix properly. You can not use a single recipe because the bottom is not narrow like the tilt-head stand mixer. It is very disappointing. I rather used my hand mixer than my 6-Q.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this bowl in polished stainless to fit my new Empire Red Mixer from Costco, it fits perfect and looks beautiful. I will save the stainless bowl that came with mixer as a backup. Very happy with Kitchenaid service and price.

A: Full-sized tilt-head mixers offer the most interchangeable KitchenAid® mixer bowls. I am unsure of my exact model but the bowl worked perfect.

A: This bowl is marked on the box as KN2B6PEH which is the KA number. It fits the 6Q bowl lift mixers. I use it with the KP26M1X but it also lists KD2661, KL26M, KP26M1, KP26M8, KP26N9, KV25G and KV25M as compatible mixers

A: The KN2B6PEH (043-1443) 6-qt bowl will technically FIT the Pro 5 Plus, but this mixer is not designed to work with that capacity. The mixer motor is made for a max 5qt capacity.
