[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old hand mixer died after 14 years, so I decided to treat myself to a Kitchenaid hand mixer. I had been watching reviews about this for several weeks, and I bought this mixer a month ago. WOW, I can't believe how great this mixer is, I enjoy my hobby as a cake baker, and this mixer is a game changer. It truly has 5 speeds,and yes, the low setting is really low. No splattering batter on my walls. The light weight of the mixer makes it easy to maneuver in the mixing bowl. And the noise is quieter than my old worn out mixer. I am very happy with this little gem and looking forward to having it for many years, you know, because it after all is a Kitchenaid.
