Q: I placed these two Blind Spot Mirrors mirrors (K Source Fit System C020W, 36-2559-6) incorrectly, wrong but now I can't remove them. The adhesive is very strong. How can I remove them without damaging my original side-view mirrors?
2 years agoA: I finally got these blind-spot mirrors off using a thin cardboard around a flat-head screwdriver under the edges of each and then slowly turning it upwards to force-lift the mirrors off their adhesive rubber backing. Then I pulled off as much of the backing from my car mirrors as possible and applied nail polish remover to get the rest of the adhesive off, followed finally by cleaning my mirrors with rubbing alcohol. Just have to be very careful that no nail polish removal solvent touches the car paint or it will instantly remove it!

Q: Is it possible to take it out if requires? Is installation permanent or possible to remove if needed?
16 years agoA: They just stick on. There's a bit of foam at the back with a very potent adhesive coating. I figure you could probably get it off with some dental floss, and then use nail polish remover or something similar to remove the residue from the adhesive.

Q: Can I see passengers in the rear seat with these mirrors? I am looking for a mirror extension that attaches to my rear view mirror so that I can clearly see the passengers on the rear seat without having to turn around.
14 years agoA: These convex mirrors will help depending on how you mount them on your rear view mirror. There are better products made for your need and they won't restrict your view in the actual rear view mirror: 031-4103 and 031-4101.

Q: How would these be on a motorcycle?
16 years agoA: This product is meant to be placed on mirrors as a supplement to the mirrors already on your vehicle. As long as the motorcycle has mirrors, this product can be placed on the mirror. It works the same way that it would work on cars and trucks. This will widen the range of view in your mirror. Make sure you still look back before making lane changes, however.
