Poor sound quality

Bought these at a Brookstone in the Atlanta Airport, the sound is pour and the touch sensors do not work. The sound is so low that it’s a faint whisper of the audio on calls and music. Would not recommend these for anyone.

Thanks for the honest feedback. You may want to try using the other ergonomic ear tips to ensure a good seal and improve the audio. Also, our JBL Reflect Response's volume is dependent on the source device, so make to adjust the volume accordingly. As for the touch controls, it's possible that the sensor system is locked. Put your finger on the left sensor plate and hold it there for more than 4 seconds to unlock it. Repeat the same steps to lock it again. Q: I am using this nice product for about 1 month with pleasure. However, now I am not able to charge the set any longer. Red light is popping up for about half a minute, but the unit is not charging. I tried several several ways without result. Please help.

Q: Hi, I am on my 2nd pair of these headphones. The first pair died after a week of use, the 2nd pair is only 4 weeks in and has also died (1 hour a day average). Have tried charging, and this does not work. Would like some assistance.

Q: 1) I have it about 48 hours, one outdoor run, now it does not respond to touch. 2) It turns off after sometime without using it, I did not see anywhere in the spec that it turns of automatically, I want it to be on standby as long as I need it

Q: I bought a pair but it keeps dropping and disconnecting after even less than a minute of conversation or listening to music. Have tried impairing and pairing again but still keeps still doing the same.

Q: My headphones shut off automatically after a few minutes if I pause my music. I don't want them to shutoff as if I get a phone call I have to scramble to reconnect my headphones. How can I stop this?
