Best style for little children to use.

Easier for 3-5 year olds to open than the older style where they had to reach up higher AND PUSH A BUTTON WHILE PULLING THE DOOR TO OPEN. They can reach this easily and just pull.

Have purchased this a few times in the past and fit remains excellent. Easy to install. These seem to last 4-5 years of fairly heavy use, then the cast part breaks and replacement needed. Latch works very well for the 4-5 years.
