Do NOT buy! First one's main "wand" broke, and one battery couldn't hold a charge; returned and the EXACT same thing happened to the new one! Very frustrating that a "reputable" company would sell garbage!

Smallest canister EVER

I bought this less than a week ago, and am very disappointed. The canister is so small, and the filter takes up so much room, you have to stop and empty it every 10 minutes if you have a 120 lb. fluffy dog (who sheds like you wouldn't believe). It's also so hard to clean out around the filter that I'd rather sweep - it's that much faster with the cleanout downtime. Since I tried it out, the store won't honour the return either, so I am stuck with a pretty stick that takes up room.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Worked really well until it didnt. Head stopped working, apparently this is a common issue. Only got a year and change out of it, very disappointed for how much it cost.

Dont recommend! Easily damages from normal use

Dont recommend this product, the connecting transparent tube from the brush head to the pole will rip after some time and it cant be easily replaced. Had this product for under 2 years, and not sure how long its been since it was damaged. I couldnt figure out why the vaccum suctions was suddenly terrible, and finally found that piece was damaged. I've seen several others complaining about the same on this thread. You are basically forced to buy another replacement head that costs over $80. It doesnt seem warranty covers it and I tried entering in my models serial number under the website and the site cant find it.

No, I do not recommend this product.
