Batteries Stopped Charging

I have bought a Blade Max model complete with accessories, including a 4.0 Ah Lithium battery. On top of that, I purchased an extra battery. With minimal use, because I have another wired Hoover vacuum cleaner, both batteries stopped working and are not charging.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Battery died in less than 1 year

I've had this battery only 11 months, using the vacuum on average about once a week. Just this last week it suddenly stopped accepting a charge; the charger shows an error state (blinking red LED) and refuses to charge the battery. The on-battery LED lights also show an error state – the 1st and 3rd lights turn on, then just the 1st light, then the 1st and 3rd lights again – whenever you press the charge level button. I charged the battery regularly at room temperature. I've never owned an Lithium Ion battery pack that completely failed before even 1 year had passed so I'm pretty disappointed. I might expect that from some cheap knockoff brand, but not from Hoover. I no longer have my original purchase receipt so I doubt the company will offer a replacement.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Short battery life

These Hoover batteries come with a 5 year warranty but in my experience last a lot less. The one that came with my vaccum died after about two years of light use. Save your receipt to claim the manufacturer’s warranty if that happens to you.

Battery lasted 6 months , no warranty as you can't reach the company.

Had to buy this new battery, because the original battery failed. The warranty, I could not speak to anyone from the supplier.
