The battery not good after less than a year

The battery for this is really awful Have had a lot of trouble with holding a charge . Now it will not charge at all Hoover was one of my go to products. Not anymore

I have had it for 3 years and love it, but I had not used it much until recently. It's powerful and light weight. It's great for quick pickups, and I recently discovered it can take on my whole house!

J'ai acheté au mois de juillet 2025 et en seulement 4 mois d'usage le tuyau d'arpiration présentait des déchirures, rendant l'aspiration médiocre et faisant ma perception d'avoir un article de qualité s'évaporer. La tentative de remboursement ou d'échange s'avère tâche pénible si vous n'avaz pas le reçu d'achat. Étant donné la quantité de cas de ce tuyau brisé, il est logique penser qu'il s'agit d'un vice de fabrication. Le fabricant et le détaillant devraient mettre un terme à ce cycle que place des consomateurs à la gêne d'une telle situation.
