Disappointed
a year ago
A bit disappointed seeing it worked great for a couple of years but the main hose just fell off for no apparent reason seeing we always handle the vacuum with the utmost care and basically feels the machine is just falling apart slowly but surely. Hoover doesn't even care to reply to my emails neither so that's fun !
No, I do not recommend this product.

$400 of junk in less than 3 months

less than 3 months old, and the height wheel plate latch is broken rendering the vacuum unusable. the 5 year repair warranty in store is not worth the paper it is written on.
this vacuum is literally $400 of planned obsolescence.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Problem with spinning brush

Hi there bought it a month ago, used twice and today was a third time using it. While using it today the spinning brush stoped working.. what are the suggestion.. should I take it back to store or what?

Wonderful vacuum

Works extremely well. Very powerful, gets close to the wall, long cord. Attachments are amazing, really love the fan one. If you have pets I really do recommend this vacuum.

Q: How long is the hose?

A: Hose not long enough. Previous Hoover vacuum hose was better. Also design of vacuum the wire gets easily stuck underneath and cut. Had mend the wiring. Not pleased with new version. Also if something gets stuck in hose areas the previous hoover vacuun cleaner was easier to unblock.
