Q: Power button I have had two of the corded models and loved how they clean but don't love the power buttons. My second one as of today will not turn on. Have you improved the power button on the cordless model?

1 Answer

A: To power on the unit, the user would roll the switch forward. First position is scrub mode (outlined in fig 3) and second position is wash & dry mode (outlined in fig 4). See attached.

Q: Does this machine provide both sweeping and washing options? Or does it do both together? I guess I'm wondering if I need to sweep the floors before using the machine, or if it picks up particles as well as cleaning the actual hardwood/ceramics?
