Q: Why is there a "directional arrow" in the top left corner of the frying tank if it cannot be removed? How do you change the oil/wash the tank thoroughly in the future if it can't be removed?

A: The arrow is to show that what inside can be burnig (hot) ! Remove cover Empty oil and clean with cleam cloth !

Q: How much oil is required to get to the minimum line? I only cook with healthy fats, and that can get expensive.

A: I only used for 3 times, the use of Oil is so expensive, once oil is heated 3 times I do not use it for further cooking purposes. Indeed, it is expensive therefore, I am considering using AIR FRYER.

Q: You should check your DETAILS/SPECIFICATIONS. I don't believe your Maximum Cook Temperature (°C) can go to as high as 375 °C, instead of 375 °F.

Q: Is the black non stick pan detachable? How can I clean the inside?

A: Good day, Th einner black non-stick pan is not detachable. To clean it, please ensure the appliance has completely cooled off. Remove the lid and the frying basket. Place the frying basket and basket handle in the dishwasher or wash with a sponge, warm soapy water. Do not immerse the lid in water, wash the lid using a cloth and sponge soaked in warm water and a little dishwashing liquid. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean them, as this may damage the non-stick coating. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a soft damp cloth. Dry all items carefully before replacing them. Place the lid back on the fryer for storage. Store the product in a cool, dry place. Thank you

Q: Do you need to always use the basket in the deep fryer when cooking food? Or can you sometimes put your food items directly into the oil?

Q: How to select the right settings for each type of food as mentioned at page 7 of manual. There is no meter to show oil temperature for each type of food.So much confused and vague cooking chart as no guidance is eloberated.Please reply this aspect.
