My daughter and I love to have eggs Benedict once in a while, and this pan works perfectly. I put a very small dab of butter in each cup before boiling, and the aggs slide right out.

This egg poacher is advertised as non-stick. I used this egg poacher once and everything stuck. It took me 20 minutes to clean the mess.
