Q: The manufacturer doesn't take calls or should I be more accurate and say they'll keep you waiting on line for hours and then hang up on you. Has anyone ever got through to them?

Q: I see it comes with a 4 year warranty. How does this work? Will it be in store, or will I be registering the product on the Greenworks website? According to the site, I would have to pay to ship it back in the event of a warranty issue.

- A: Hello Nick84, The 4-year warranty is a manufacturer's warranty and you would contact GreenWorks directly for further assistance. Registration is not required. However, we do advise that you keep a copy of your receipt as this is required should any warranty issues arise. The transportation costs is at GreenWorks own discretion depending on the issue. However, for the most part this is typically not at customer costs. But further discussion with us directly for warranty issues will allow us to better confirm. Q: can it be sharpened?

- A: They can't be sharpened per say but we recommend that you can use a file to take out the larger burrs and dents followed by a lapping compound to remove any smaller imperfections.9 years agoHelpful?
