Extremely Poor Quality and Customer Service

Stopped working after 6 months. Any attempt to initiate warranty with the producer fell flat as I didn't have the original receipt. Device has a unique digital signature that shows on the app and registered when we first bought it but was told that I could have bought it over a year ago and then used it so they wouldn't exchange or warranty it.
Don't buy anything from Geeni.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It takes less time to feed your pet yourself than it does to babysit this thing

Set up was easy, but it loses its connection and once it does has no idea what time it is and stops feeding. Tried factory reset with negative results
Will be returning today.

Super disappointing

I bought this device only to discover that it constantly jams and you can’t trust it. We are severely disappointed. We tried it with normal size dry cat food.
