Worst Cooler I ever had

Very noisy unit. Shakes lots, and the cold water constantly freezes in the basin, even though I have the temp screw turned all the way down. I have to unplug it for a day or longer to defrost it and then plug it in again.
Hot water works good though.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I like this water cooler and am waiting for it to go on sale again, so I can get another for my cottage. The hot water is great for making tea and hot chocolate.

Both hot and cold water dispenses as expected. Using it in an office of 12 people and now I don't have to use a kettle to make tea. Very happy!

Bought the dispenser and am very pleased with the cooler part of it. The hot water option hasn't worked since day one. Not a problem though because we don't need the hot water option.

It worked great for a while, but today it started to leak from the inside, and went all over hardwood floor overnight! Hopefully it's under warranty still

Regarding the leak, if it is not constant, you may want to check the water bottle for small leaks and holes. Even a tiny pinhole in the bottle can cause water to leak out of the unit and onto the floor. Should the problem persist, please call 1-877-242-1931

A: The Garrison Top Load Water Dispenser (43-1891) has a piercing valve built-in to the bottle support collar. In addition, it has been designed to incorporate an exclusive “anti-spill proof/leak” device that is built directly into the water dispenser bottle support collar. In the event water levels continue to rise, (i.e. defective bottle) this device stops the air exchange between the bottle and the bottle support collar negating further water flow from the bottle and preventing overflow and flooding conditions.
