Honestly, this company doesn't even deserve a one-star rating. We purchased a Galanz Convertible Refrigerator/Freezer on December 22nd at the Brick in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada and by April 20th, it was not functioning. We had also purchased the "extended warranty" and were told by the Brick that that coverage wouldn't be available until the manufacturer warranty had expired. After two visits by a service person who literally did nothing, the refrigerator was still non-functional and by that point, we had lost over $ 400 in spoiled food costs. We had to purchase another refrigerator and, after a ridiculous amount of following up with Galanz, on June 2nd, we were told that we would be fully refunded. On July 3, again, after countless attempts to reach someone, we received an email saying that, after reviewing the details, they confirmed that the refund had been processed to our account. That is absolutely an outright lie and to this date, after, once again, having to waste my time reaching out to them, we have still not received our refund. They are definitely hoping that we will just give up and stop contacting them but, at this point, it is a matter of principle. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Galanz fridge freezer 11cuft excellent deal

Bought this fridge as a beer fridge in the garage but it will double up as a freezer when required. Lots of room and shelving. Electronic shift from fridge to freezer is easy and it cools down fast. Lots of room and the glass shelves are very sturdy. Very well packaged and if you’re into the retro red and old handle it’s perfect. The price was a lot less than any other fridge I looked at so that was a bonus too.

Awesome freezer/refrigerator but missing a shelf.

Just purchased this today from CT's Kelowna location, love the fridge but it came missing a shelf or I'd give this 5 stars. I reached out to Galanz customer service and am hoping that they'll rectify this for me.
