Ce produit laisse des résidus sur le linge

Nous adorons gain pour son odeurs et sa capacité à laver. On a essayé ce produit pour la première fois et très déçu. Malheureusement on dirait que la capsule ne fond pas au complet donc il laisse des résidu sur le linge et la capsule gélatineuse qui contient le savon reste coller au vêtement à moitié fondu. Donc je doit refaire une brasser sans savons jusqu'à temps que le tout parte
