No light, just fan

The fan is a very low setting & the light has never worked out of the box.

poor preformance

It had good sunlight all day but the fan ran out quickly only 10 min and light breeze at best.
Plugged in a 12V adapter for a better supply ... still the fan shuts down after 5 min. I think the next step is to bypass the circuit board all together and wire direct... disappointing.

Had to return it. Not powerful, even on highest setting. After charging for 2 days in sun, was very disappointed at the lack of power. Glad I tested it out before installing on my gazebo

After 10 months, the fan will not work with the remote control anymore. Was nice while it worked but now its useless.

Q: Does this have to be installed in an outdoor gazebo with a solid roof? We have a gazebo with netting...would that work?

A: Yes, for the fan it would need to be an outdoor covered area, with solid blocking/support in the ceiling in order to mount the fan. Unfortunately if it is just netting above that would not work to support the installation.

A: The fan and light can be operated separately. The light is 96 lumens on hi-output, and 58 lumens on low output setting.

Q: Does the outdoor space have to be enclosed or can it be open to the elements? Understanding that obviously there has to be structure to hang it from, which can still be open space. I.E. open wooden Pergola Lots of surface to mount, but remains open
