Few months old and leaked everywhere

Bought it from Canadian tire end of March and woke up to the kitchen all flooded! A new full bottle leaked all over and it took a lot of effort to clean this mess up! Went to a couple of stores, but it was not in stock anymore so I couldn’t even replace it!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Produit déficient - n'achetez pas!

J'ai acheté ce produit il y a 6 mois. Il s'est mis à couler hier! Plusieurs acheteurs ont déjà fait le même commentaire. Frigidaire devrait considérer retirer ce produit déficient du marcher. Comble de malheur, la garantie d'un an n'offre que le remplacement du produit!

A: Hello, Somebody! Great question, if there is no need for hot water please follow the instructions to leave some water in the hot water reservoir and then don't use the hot water option unless you would like hot water. -Bianca

Q: Can the hot water button be turned off when you are done using it. I only us it in the am? Seems like a waste of energy to keep on all day.

Q: love the cooler but about every 2 minutes it makes a click sound from the back. what is that? should I be concerned about a fire??

A: Thanks for reaching out, PEIHAB! The noise you are hearing is likely the contraction and expansion of inside walls, this is normal. To ensure there is no fire, leave an adequate open space (10-20 cm) behind the water cooler for good ventilation, the back of the device should be kept away from the wall and high-temperature elements, never turn on the heating switch when there is no water, and choose the proper electrical wire and plug, keep the plug from being too hot.
