Nice stool once put together if you have no issues

Most of the holes don’t line up and some of the screws don’t screw in all the way and when you try to tighten the screws the screw head strips and can not tighten them
Picked up to boxes from Cambridge store and both items in box had damaged products returned the boxes with no issues received two new boxes

A fine stool

Had to return it. Seat is made of two pieces of wood glued together and there wasn't enough glue. Replaced with another one which was fine.

I bought four of these stools today on sale. Unfortunately, they have to be one of the poorest quality furniture products I've ever encountered. Upon opening the boxes, one stool had a cracked seat and another had a completely broken seat. Not be be deterred, I started to assemble a third, that appeared to have all parts intact. On installing the second screw, it stripped halfway into the hole, and the stool was rendered unfixable. They are all going back to the store tomorrow. Don't waste you time on this product.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Sturdy stool

A very sturdy stool, only complaint are the predrilled screw holes being too narrow making screwing the pieces together(with the supplied Allen wrench) very difficult, and sometimes stripping the screw head.

Q: The product says the dimensions are 15" L x 11" W x 26" H. This is the dimensions of the seat but does is not the dimensions of the legs which is larger by 4 inches. Can this be corrected to the true dimensions?

A: We're sorry for the confusion, yes, the seat size is 15" x 11". Once assembled because of the angle of the legs / the degree on the legs at the bottom to the floor is 14.25’’ x 14’’. We will be sure to make this clear in the Features.
