Amazing gazebo

I got this gazebo last year just had a bit of trouble with putting it up but it works great. Have it this summer it even snowed on it and stayed up with no problem at all. Love that it comes with the nets and curtains. Thanks I just love sitting outside in it.

Not sure yet what we've gotten into!

Started putting this thing together September 1 at 9:30 a.m. Got to the top of the frame, and the connector piece on the little canopy was missing a hole for the bar to go into. The hole was in a totally different place. Called re that, and company supposed to send a replacement, but what a rigmarole to go through. Since it's a long weekend and summer almost over, we wanted to enjoy the thing before winter, so we duct-taped the bar into the slot as a temporary fix. Well, another problem: the bars on the small canopy don't fit into the bars on the frame. The dimensions where the bars are located are totally different. I called again, and I'm quite certain the woman I spoke to didn't have a clue what I was talking about. So...9.5 hours later (yes, nine and a half hours), we still don't have it together. We have three pieces we can't seem to fit into the fabric tabs on the top of the canopy. Haven't even begun with the netting and the fabric sides yet. Hubby and I were exhausted when we quit at 7 p.m. The instructions were horrible. Should it take this long to put this thing together? If it weren't for the fact we'd have to take it all apart, I'd return it to Canadian Tire. UPDATE: It's now the 3rd. No reply to my emails yesterday and today re the small canopy not fitting into place. The thing is pretty well useless without that installed. Still waiting to hear when the replacement part will be shipped, too.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Falls apart

Canvas top is torn and faded. Frame now has cracks in it and is rising. This is a terrible product from Canadian Tire.

Q: can I buy just the frame of the octagon gazebo? Last year I bought the octagon gazebo and a wind storm throw my gazebo into the tirees and bent it up badly. I have the curtains, netting and canvas top but need a new frame.

Q: Clarify your octagon measurements on Octagon Gazebo item #88-1613-8 - page #3 of most recent flyer. Measurements listed as 142.5x118x113.5 ". These are confusing as an octagon has 6 sides not 3 !!!! Please clarify - Thanks!!!

Q: Can I install net and curtain from outboard, not inboard if their length allows? Now pictures show those are installed inside and you can see structure frame.
