    Badly designed

    This has one large strap in the center to hang it from the rail. Even with just two lightweight tee shirts the top bows a lot and eventually I think the thing will tear. I certainly can't use it for everything I wanted. It says on the pack "re-inforced to prevent sagging" ... it isn't! The top and bottom shelf are just cardboard ... certainly not worth the cost. First thing I have ever bought from CT that I feel so dissatisfied with! Item returned.
