Missing screws, looked used

I bought this on clearance and there was no packaging what so ever, missing 3 screws and nuts that attaches the basket to the rail. Sides are scratched.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Low build quality

I had a screw missing, one of my drawer slides was stuck and the metal is tarnished in some spots. I was able to make do despite that. I got this on sale and it is for one of my rental units so it works for my purpose. If I had purchased this for my own kitchen I would return this product and buy something higher quality. I had no issues with installation but I can see how someone who is not mechanically inclined might have a problem with the instructions that were included because they lack a little bit of detail.

I bought 3 of these and they do the job that we wanted them to do. However we found that quite a few of the screws were missing forcing us to buy additional screws to get them adjusted to fit the cupboards we wanted them in

Perfect For Hard To Reach Places

I bought the smaller 12" version for the bottom kitchen cupboard where I store my cans and dry goods. Now I don't have to get down on the floor and reach all the way to the back of the cupboard. Just pull the drawer out and I can see everything at a glance. Perfect for those deep cupboards where everything in the back gets forgotten. Quiet and it slides very smoothly in and out on the track.

Love it. So easy to access stuff, no more shuffling things around. Took me 45 minutes to install , and that includes taking everything out of the cabinet, wiping it down , installing, then loading my bottles in it. I like that it keeps the bottles off the shelves as the vinegars an oils were always stains the shelf. I like being organized, so I'm going to buy 4 more ! My only con, is the height of the tracks, I had to move the shelf above up one notch in order to get my olive oil bottle to be able to fit. And a divider would be nice, but I can make one.

Q: What does it mean by expandable. Can it be 15-16 inches wide and 20 inches deep (hats I’m looking for). Also is there a verification that is can be mounted on the bottom to a shelf. I am unable to side mount. Need more description on the websitethanks

A: This item consist of 3 parts. These 3 parts would be joined together with screws and caps. The width of the item could be adjusted with screws installed into different holes. That means the width of this item could be in different sizes.

A: This item is designed to be secured to the bottom of a cupboard and cannot be modified to be secured to a wall.

Q: How much weight is this drawer rated for?

A: Each glide is rated for 40 kilos so that would be a total of 80 kilos providing the load is well distributed over the basket. Since these are full extension glides, the integrity(structure) of the cabinet floor that the glides are screwed into would also need to be taken into account. Please keep in mind, that although the drawer will hold 80 kg, you will want to use good judgement in pulling that much weight out to full extension and putting that much strain on the screws to hold to the cabinet floor.
