Great Purchase

This shredder was to replace another shredder that went bad. This has been a great replacement. It's quick, smooth, lightweight, and user friendly. The old shredder was heavy, cumbersome and was a pain to empty. So far this shredder has been the total opposite. I gave an average for Jam Resistance only because I haven't had any experience in that area yet. I also like that it kind of pauses once you put the paper in to shred. It turns on to let you know it's about to shred but it pulls the paper in but doesn't start shredding until you push again. That's great to give you a second thought if you accidentally put the wrong paper into the shredder or if you change your mind at the last minute. I think that's a great feature.

Best shredder for the money!

I've gone through many cheap shredders in the past and I finally decided to spend a little more on this model. This shredder is a very solid model, quiet but powerful and I'm able to quickly process my papers without having to fiddle with the unit. I also like that it has a front drawer with a large capacity and whereby I can easily remove the shredded paper for disposal.
