Q: Does this need to be anchored when it is either forward or rear facing?

  • A: All carseats need to be top tethered when forward facing. This is Canadian law. USA it is highly recommended to top tether, as it reduces the movement of a child's head during a collision but up to 2". (Which is a lot for a little spine!)
