Alternator Charger installed in a Prius Prime

a year ago

Installed in a 2018 Prius Prime plug in. Installation likely a little more difficult due to crowded engine compartment. Routed to passenger side, removed wheel well plastic cowling, expanded an existing penetration with grommet and fed in behind glove box. So far so good, real test will be this winter, with Delta 2 as my grid down energy bucket brigade.

Worked very well with my Delta 2 Max. Didn't have to carry solar panels or my gas generator to keep things powered on a camp trip I did. Very happy so far.

Use this for work. I was able to offload my gas generator. Run two pieces of equipment at 900 watts and this magical module delivers 800 watts back into the battery. Super Impressed with this new technology. Thank you, EcoFlow.
