Good feel, easy to use, battery needa work

The device is awesome and the trigger style set up is easy to work with. This is not something you use to clean your whole house, rather something you can you inbetween deep cleanings. The battery is limited.

Q: disappointed of the run time of the batteries ... no more than 10 minutes max when used about once a day for no more than 1 minute at a time! what can be done to have a better and longer runtime between charges?

A: Hello Claude, this is Kelly with Dyson. We are sorry to hear that you've been disappointed with the run time, thus far in your use, with the V7 Trigger Origin. The Dyson V7 Trigger features two suction modes, MAX and regular power. While regular power is suitable for most household messes, you may find that some debris is more stubborn to pick up and does require MAX power mode. While in MAX power, your unit will receive a boost of power, making suction more powerful. When fully charged, you can expect run time from 7-30 minutes, depending on which suction mode and tools you are using. A: Hi Wally, this is Kelly with Dyson. Great question - both the V7 Trigger and V7 Origin are handheld machines, offering up to 30 minutes of run time. With the V7 Trigger Origin, you get the combination and crevice tools in the box. With the V7 Trigger, you would also receive the mini motorized tool. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
