Connection issues

I brought this fan 3/4 weeks ago, initial set up was fine. Worked off the app and the remote. After 1 week, app disconnected and unable to reconnect. Tried multiple processes to resolve via Dyson app, online chat and over the phone. They said they would email and resolve. However this is still unresolved and very disappointed.

No, I do not recommend this product.
