    I’ve had a V12 for some years now and finally had to retire it.We have stuck to Dyson as they do a great job and other than the usual problems like that dastardly trigger we have been happy.Now for our new Gen5 so far I love it a couple of features to take note of are the hard floor head light which shows every bit of dirt,lint and dust on our tiles it’s superb,and then the alien head that hides itself away inside the main wand it’s a wonderful addition simply push a button release the wand and you can do the edges and skirts with that little monster. So so far loving my new Dyson Gen5

    By far the best performing vacuum I have ever used. My home is 90% flat industrial style carpet and 10% vinyl plank. Excellent on both surfaces. I also use it for dusting furniture. I purchased a hose attachment and horsehair brush. Gen5 Absolute.

    I am so impressed with the suction of this vacuum. I have hardwood floors and washable rugs. The rugs have been very hard to vacuum with my other brand upright and canister vacuums. I have two very hairy dogs and the pet hair was so difficult to get up. This Dyson is awesome for getting up the pet hair. Wish I had bought it sooner!
