Falls over when using tools and no suction release

This vacuum has amazing power and that’s the reason I bought it ! But if I use the hose to clean other areas of my home it’s a bit difficult as the machine can tip easily and it’s rather heavy to pick up. My other issue is with certain light weight rugs in my home. I’m unable to vacuum them because there is no suction release button on this machine like other Dyson canister type models. So because of this I bought another Dyson canister model so now I have 2 vacuums which wasn’t my intent.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Would this be any good for a business with commercial carpet?

A: Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. It's hard to comment on your perspective as a commercial cleaner, as Dyson machines are designed for domestic use to pick up more of the fine dust particles that other machines leave behind. Commercial use vacuum cleaners tend to be designed with different specifications in mind. That being said, the suction power on this machine is 270 air watts, making it among out most powerful uprights. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
