Power supply quit after 10 uses

I bought it about 3 year ago, finally had the chance to use it and after 10 uses the power supply simply quit. No surges, no heavy use, it just quit. Really disappointed , Loved the size and the versatility though. You need to have replacement power supply that are easy to find and don't cost more than the tool. I'm still trying to find one.

Quite pleased

The tool was smaller than I expected, which pleased me because i wanted something easy to handle. I think they must have used models with small hands. I took it out of the box and figured out all the controls without reading the manual. After plugging it in and starting it up, It was so quiet, I wasn't sure it was actually turned on. I had previously purchased an oscillating (vibrating) etching tool at my local hardware store and I have to wear ear-pugs when I use it. This tool purrs like a kitten. Of course, it takes some practice and a steady hand to make it work. I am using it to make patterns and symbols on wooden hiking sticks and it is so much faster and easier than the wood burner I started out with or the oscillating etcher. It has settings 1-5 and I've only used it as high as #3 and it is plenty powerful for my use. I still take the wood burner and finish the design to give it the dark character want. Read the caution on uses for this tool as it is not suitable for heavy duty cutting. I used it to cut a hole in a plastic container and the anti-stall feature kicked in, so it does not have a lot of torque.

Yes, I recommend this product.

no power source?

I purchased the Stylo+ . When I finally got around to opening the box I was totally surprised to find there wasn't any any power source included. I've been searching in vain for one on the web. Unfortunately, my purchase is beyond the return window....

No, I do not recommend this product.

Sleek perfect tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this sleek little tool when my 3000 seems a bit balky and heavy. Fits in tiny places and works like a dream!
