I purchased this less than a year ago and thought it would be perfect for my condo. WRONG! I go through mop pads like crazy, when I can find them. Will revert to a mop and pail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!

Don't waste your money

I previously owned a shark steam mop and this is nothing like it. I thought the hand held option would be great but it just put out a lot of hot-ish water. When I used it on the floor it left so much water behind that I ended up having to mop it up to get the floor to dry. There is a reason this item is on sale

this thing is horrible!

don't buy this! waste of money. I used to have an H2O mop , should have bought another one of those. Doesnt put out enough steam. mop head is about the size of a dessert plate. The pad is see through its so thin. Bought it yesterday and will be returning it today.

Poor design and not worth the money!

We purchased this steam mop in September 2016, and it worked fine the first few times. Then the bottom would not stop leaking even when it was turned off. In November it tipped over and the clear cover that lets you see the water level, cracked and basically came right apart, By that time my exchange period had already expired. I have to replace it now and will not be buying another.

It was okay...while it worked

I was so excited to see such a great deal on a steam mop as they are quite pricey! I went right out and picked one up. Although I wasn't expecting anything fancy, I was quite disappointed with the quality of this product. The bottom of the mop is not flat and the cloth that goes on is very thin so it felt like I was scraping my floor the entire time I was cleaning. The pad kept coming off and after my second use it completely stopped working and no steam comes out. I did however like the hand held attachment for cleaning things such as grease etc., it's a great alternative to using a bunch of cleaners.
